Vince Back On The Voice UK |
It has just been announced by the BBC that Vince Kidd will be back performing where it all began, on the stage at the Voice!
Are you sitting down? Sit down. We can exclusively reveal that smooth crooner (or smooner, if you will)… Michael Bublé will perform at The Voice UK FINAL on Saturday 22nd June! Not only that, Mr Bublé will perform two tracks, one of which we’ll have right here ONLY on The Voice UK website. That’s more Bublé than a Bublé bath.
And that’s not all. At this Friday’s Quarter Finals, we’re excited to announce singer songwriter Tom Odell, winner of the Brits Critics Choice Award 2013, will be performing his single ‘Another Love’. Previous winners of Brits Critics Choice include Adele, Emeli Sandé and an upcoming artist called Jessie J, who you probably haven’t heard of yet.
Surely that’s enough news for one day, right? Wrong! We’re excited to say that last year’s final four will be making their return to The Voice UK, where it all began. Bo Bruce, Tyler James, Vince Kidd and last year’s champ, Leanne Mitchell, will all be back on The Voice stage performing the heck out of their solo singles. We know, right? Amazing.
It’s gonna be big. It’s gonna be great. And it’s gonna be LIVE! So reserve your seat on the sofa now for this Friday at 7pm on BBC One.

Exclusive Interview With Vince! |
Vince kindly took time out of his busy schedule to answer a few questions for us here exclusively for Ultimate Vince.
You have a new EP coming out at the end of the month, what can the #Kidds expect from it?
It features my crazy side (which the Kidds have nicknamed Kunt Elvis), the ravey, the wavy, the weird, the cartoony! It’s colourful and sexy. There will be features on it. & it’s out June 2nd!
You’ve given yourself a new alter ego, Kunt Elvis, tell us how this came about?
Actually Kunt Elvis was given to me by one of the Kidds, Bianca Burnett! And it just kind of stuck.
You’ve a lot of videos on youtube of you singing original music, our personal favourite is Smother Me, what’s yours?
My favourite is the more soulful shit, the shit that means the most to me … Out of the stuff you’ve heard yes I’d say Smother Me & Our World
Will any of the youtube material feature on your EP or new album?
Some maybe, i’m not sure yet. The album is gonna be raw as fuck. No alter-ego Kunt Elvis party stuff, nothing from the EP’s.
The Zoo tour is just around the corner, can you give us any spoilers?
No.

Inspired early in his life by singers such as Sam Cooke, Lauren Hill and Terence Trent D’Arby, Vince began writing songs as teenager. A chance night out then led to a phone call from King of Pop Michael Jackson! Whilst at dinner with friends, a phone was passed to Vince with Michael on the end of the line. Vince promptly burst into song, with Michael declaring Vince a future star.
